Hi, there are RV and camper owners. Today we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install MaxxFan's deluxe RV roof vent, fan with thermostat. And this is what our vent looks like when it's installed. We've currently got it in the functioning position where it raises itself up and the exhaust and intake are both going to be located here on the backside. And since this is underneath, that means that we can use this in any weather. Whether it's raining or snowing out, the moisture is going to hit on top here, and we're not going to suck it in and it's not going to get inside. more

Smoke is going to be similar, but it's going to be a transparent, almost like a tinted window in a way. This vent cover's designed to allow your vent to open inside of it, and get air drawn in, or exhausted, depending on the type of fan that you've got there, without letting in any moisture. more

Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the butterfly vent for your enclosed trailer or really any kind of camper that you want to have a little ventilation too. So let's take a closer look at it and make sure that this is going to be the right piece for you. It does have that butterfly style opening to let in fresh air and stale air out. This measures about 7 1/4 inch in diameter. The opening for that butterfly vent is about 3 1/2 inches at that widest point and across it's about 5 5/8. It's about 1/4 of an inch thick. more

This part will replace the rain shield on your MaxxAir deluxe roof vents. It is designed to work with the part number MA 00-05100K, the MA 00-05301K, the MA 00-06200K, the MA 00-06401K, and the MA 00-07000K. All of those roof vents we do sell separate on our website.Basically, this rain shields is what will install between the vent frame assembly and the dome lid assembly. And the MaxxFan Deluxe uses this built-in rain shield, along with the dome on the vent, and it'll surround and enclose the whole vent opening. more

MaxxAir MaxxFan Roof Vent with 12V Fan Installation- Video
Ron: How's it going, everybody Ron here, at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the MaxxFan Roof Vent with 12-volt Fan. Now, this vent is going to be available with a smoked lid and a white lid. Here, we have the smoked lid and you can see, even with it closed, it is going to allow a little bit of natural light to come through.Now, our MaxxFan is going to have a manual lift and it's going to be an exhaust-only fan, so it's only going to have one direction. It's going to be really great for bathrooms, like we have it in here, or even anywhere, really just where you want to get more air circulation and get that stale air out. So, it'd be great for RVs, campers, motor homes, or even just some utility trailers that you want to get that extra air out.To open up the lid, we'll simply just pull down on the knob to unlock it. more

These are going to allow you to use your vent open at all times, even while you're traveling, which most of the time you can't. Once you're taken off, you don't have a cover, you have to close it because it could break the lid. It's also going to prevent your vent cover or vent lid from cracking over time or having to be replaced over time. more

This is going to be a plastic construction, which I was kind of leery about at first. But once I got it out of the packaging and got it installed, actually it's pretty durable. And why was I worried about it It's because of being on the floor and stepping on it, potentially cracking or breaking.The nice thing about it being plastic is we don't have the metal edges that could bend, potentially cutting your feet. more

Review of Maxxair RV Vents and Fans - Roof Vent - MA00-03810B- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the MaxxFan six inch diameter dome plus roof vent with a 12 volt fan and the LED lighting. Now this roof vent with the fan, you can control ventilation and moisture in small areas inside your RV or camper. This is perfect size for bathroom showers, and it is designed for you to rooftop or sidewall applications. This does include everything shown here on the table, the MaxxFan dome, the LED trim ring, six inch extension sleeve, and the fan guard.Now this is a six inch exhaust only fan, has a manual lift lid, the little lock and unlock with a single hand push button right here, so when you go to open it, you just push in and it'll lift it up, and then your fans right in there, and then when you go to close it, just push the button and pull it down. Very easy to open or close. It does offer removable screens for easy cleaning, and what's nice is on the inside when you install this, this would be your interior trim ring, that once this is installed will go around it. more

Review of Maxxair RV Vents and Fans - Roof Vent - MA00-03812W- Video
Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at the MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent. This is going to have a 12 volt fan and a six inch diameter, and basically, this is just going to be a nice little exhaust fan for your bathroom or shower in your RV. It can be mounted in the roof or in a side wall, so you can either have it vertically or horizontally mounted, and it's just an easy opening vent. To open that up, you just have this little push button on the handle, push up on that, and it opens up our vent to the outside, so we can exhaust the air. Now the fan can't be reversed as far as pulling air in, it's just going to allow air to escape, so it is an exhaust only fan.There's two wires to connect to run that fan, and it comes with an extension, if our walls are thicker than an inch, so we'll have about a six inch extension here to get everything sealed up. more

This is going to be a four inch diameter vent and basically it's going to replace a lot of the vents on your current RV, whether you've had one that's been damaged or broken, you're changing up the color, whatever the situation is, it's going to make for a really good replacement. So we've got a removable cover here and this is the basic heart of the vent. This is what we're going to install into our wall. This does not have that feature so you are going to be getting the full amount of air pressure flowing through, but with this rotating face you can direct that air to different parts of the room.I do want to give you a few measurements here. more

And the other part of it, the part that we'll see on the roof, when we get a little bit closer to the installation is a hood that offers protection for that vent. more

Today, we're going to take a look at the JR Products Endura RV Range Hood Vent in white. Now this Endura Range Vent will replace a worn or damaged exterior wall vent. This is a UV stable, colorfast construction. It's guaranteed not to yellow or become brittle when it's exposed to the elements. It has a nice aerodynamic design, which will streamline the RV's appearance. And it is wind tested up to 190 miles per hour.You can see when this is installed, your cover has the snaps on it, and you just line it up with the three on top, push it down, and then just pull out on each corner and it'll snap into place and you have a nice streamlined cover on there. more

We're going to take a look at the JJR Products 2-inch by 10-inch plastic undampered RV floor register in the tan color. Now, this is an undampered floor register. It'll replace a worn or damaged register in your RV. This one is undampered, so that means there's no adjustable vent in it for controlling the airflow.This is a heavy duty plastic construction. It'll hold up to 200 pounds per square inch. We're using this extra wide flange, and this won't fade, discolor, rust or peel. more

Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at the JR Products undampered RV floor register. Now this is going to replace a bent or damaged register in your RV or really anywhere you'd want it. Maybe you want to upgrade to a metal register. This is going to be made of a durable steel construction with that brown powder coat so we shouldn't have to worry about it getting rusty or anything like that over time. It is undampered so we'll be able to have our air flow into it so it makes a good cold air return since air will just be able to drop down in and recirculate it in our system.Now as far as the top side dimensions it's going to be about 11.5 inches long by about 5.5 inches wide. Our cut out on the bottom of what it'll actually fit is 10 inches going from the furthest point on either side by 4 inches. more

It does have a damper so we can close off our air when we want to or open it all the way up to let the air flow through.
